60822 Onyx Street Short Term Rental

PLSTR20260421 – 60822 Onyx Street – Short Term Rental – An application for a whole house unlimited short-term rental of a dwelling in the RL zone has been approved.  The applicant must apply for a short term rental operating license by November 14, 2026. The dwelling must be rented at least one night during a one year period or the decision will be void. Maximum occupancy is 8 persons. No RV, travel trailer or tent may be used in conjuction with the dwelling rental. The applicant has also applied for home remodeling under PRPL202606191.  An application to replace the existing septic tank has been submitted under PRSEP202605109. There is no city sewer in this area so the septic is processed through Deschutes Co. project number 247-26-000637-PRMT.
