Board of Directors
The Board for the Southwest Bend Neighborhood District generally meets monthly, upcoming meeting date, time and location will be posted to the calendar. Sometimes board meetings are in person and sometimes conducted via Zoom due to weather, etc. Please watch this page for more information regarding upcoming meetings.
Members of the SBND are welcome to attend any Board of Directors meeting. Time will be granted to guests to provide thoughts and feedback to the Board, if desired.
Please contact the Chair (info@swbend.org) at least 2 days in advance of a meeting if you would like to formally request time on the Board agenda.
General Membership
There shall be at least one Annual General Membership Meeting during the Fall (Oct – Dec) of each year. The business of the Annual General Membership Meeting shall include a report from the Board of Directors on the state of the District and the election of vacant Board of Directors positions.
