Bend approves massive 42-acre Ponderosa housing project with 371 new homes

Ponderosa Master Plan – a 42 acre development with 371 new homes consisting of 135 Single Family Dwellings, 42 Townhomes and 194 Multi-Family Housing.  A new roundabout has been installed at Atwood and Ponderosa.  The Multi-Family Housing development is called “Cascade Landing”.  The first phase of is nearing completion and the second phase is underway.  The first phase of the Subdivision portion of the project is also under construction.
