The Southwest Bend Neighborhood District (SBND) has received a notice for a Public
Neighborhood Meeting for the Ponderosa Community Master Plan. This is a zoom or call in meeting. Please see the attached information regarding the meeting, date and time and how to register to join the meeting. This is for a master plan development located at Ponderosa and Highway 97. At this time the SBND does not have any specific details on what is being proposed. If you are interested in attending please register in advance and you may also send in any questions in advance as well.
